Class is back!!! Here is the schedule for next Wednesday:
5:00 - Lil kickers
5:30 - Lil Dragons
6:15 - Adult Class
Bring your own hand sanitizer
We will need help cleaning the mats 2xs a week, please see Instructor Racki to help.
The Adult class, get ready for heavy stick work.
We have neglected it and it is too awesome to let those skills slip. If it is nice outside we may take the adult class to the park. Regardless, we are going to enjoy. See you all there.

Hello my students, hope you and your families are doing well. We have been missing the dojo fiercely are cannot wait until we are given the green light to commence. Until then, I have a few requests; Lil Dragons and Lil Kickers- I want you to do 10 forward and backward rolls a day. Lil Dragons practice the form s you are on 3xs a day. My Adults, you too need to practice your rolls, and also watch 3 Bruce Lee movies this week. It is a rough request but I have faith in you. I also want 100 strikes using the different fist positions you know daily, I also want 100 kicks using the different techniques you know.
I know your Instructor have been doing them.

Hello all, due to the new virus running around I want to ask that if you are coughing, achy, or feeling other than great, stay home, rest, and not go to class until you are sniffle free. If your nose is runny, I don't want to see it or hear it. We will be here, and if the instructors are down with something we too will stay home, Thank you.
