WEATHER UPDATE: Current radar data shows that the thunderstorms that were heading south of the Bloomington area and Lake Normandale Park, have now shifted further north and are expected to be in the race start and finish area by 8:00am. This system will not clear the area of Bloomington until 9:30 to 9:45am causing us to only hold the 5K race at this time!

If you are running the 10K or the Half Marathon and you want to run the 5K road race that's awesome! It also gives you the opportunity to pick up your finisher Medals at the finish line of the 5K race!

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we move with the flow of Mother Nature Morning!

Currently the 5K Race will begin at 7:30am SHARP!

We are monitoring a line of rain and thunderstorms approaching from the west this morning for the general Bloomington and Minneapolis areas of Minnesota. As this line approaches the area, current radar forecast shows the thunderstorms pushing south of Bloomington from 8:04am to 9:10am. This would only leave rain showers over the race course for about 60 minutes this morning.

We will continue to keep you updated as this morning progresses towards our 7:30am start time for the Half Marathon and 10K start and 7:35am for our 5K start time.
