Quick reminder for weightlifters: snacks matter. 👏🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

If you’re going long stretches without eating, it’s probably showing up in your training…

low energy
slower bar speed
poor focus
harder recovery

Snacks help keep energy steady, support high training volume, and prevent that “running on fumes” feeling.

The key is being intentional…think protein + carbs

not random grazing or waiting until you’re starving
