Just like the rest of Illinois, Core Fitness is temporarily closed due to Corona virus.
We will miss all of our clients like crazy but we are excited to be able to offer some virtual at home training sessions coming soon. Stay tuned for more details to come.

Telling the world, or even just a few of your closest people, will help you be more accountable when it comes to achieving your goals.

While I have a few goals for the gym, my main focus is staying CONSISTENT. Because without consistency, gains can't be made! Progressively overloading your muscles, going heavier or for more reps, is the only way to continuously gain strength. And who doesn't want to be strong as hell?! 🏋️‍♀️💪

As someone who has worked in social services and understands just how tough it can be. I wanted to provide something for those still in the field.

❤️💔 Day after day, you take on other people's stresses, worries, and traumas, that you often forget about your own needs. I know you all have probably heard it a million times before, but it can't be stressed enough. Self-care is SO important.

❕❕That's why, for anyone who works for a social service agency, you will receive a discount on boot camp classes and personal training (one-on-one) sessions!

👉 If you attend at least twice a week, boot camp classes will be discounted at $10/class. For those I see at The Baby Fold on Tuesday afternoons, that session counts! In addition, you'll receive a 15% discount on personal training sessions.

What you all do is often thankless and sometimes overwhelming. But it's one of the most important jobs anyone could have, and it's so needed. ❤️❤️
