Friday Night Lights at Full House Fitness is almost here! The next three Friday evenings at 5:30 we will be taking on the OUT In the Open workouts. Sign up for free and work out or come cheer on your friends! Donate if you can or buy some awesome merch! This event is open to everyone! Members if you know ahead of time you will be working out please add your name to the board, but no worries if you just drop in!

The OUT Foundation’s mission is to remove the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals’ from access and participation in fitness, health, and wellness, ensuring their success.

We are dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ bodies and minds, guaranteeing our community thrives.

Honorary workouts are special because they have immense meaning. It gives us the opportunity to educate and push ourselves together.

Today, we complete a Juneteenth workout. The rep scheme of the workout represents the date of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the date that union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, to informed the thousands of enslaved people of their freedom and of the end of the Civil War - nearly 2.5 years after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation that technically granted their freedom.

HYROX Memorial Day at Full House Fitness – Monday, 8AM 🇺🇸

Kick off your Memorial Day with a challenge and some fun! We’re meeting at Full House Fitness at 8AM sharp for a special HYROX-style workout.

✅ Make sure you and your teammate are signed up with your weights ahead of time—Clay and Eric will be organizing the heats, so get your info in early!

🔥 After we crush the workout, head over to Andrea’s house around noon for some well-earned chill time. She’ll be grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers, and if the weather’s warm, bring your suit and jump in the pool! If not, no worries—come hang out and enjoy the good vibes.

Let’s get after it and make it a Memorial Day to remember! 💪🌭🏊‍♂️
