Or maybe they just need something productive to do this summer so the break does not disappear into screens and missed opportunities.
Teamwork’s Summer Speed, Strength, & Explosive Training Program is built for athletes ages 9 and up who want to improve their speed, acceleration, strength, conditioning, and confidence before the next season begins.
Athletes will train with a certified strength and conditioning coach through intentional, safely progressed sports performance training designed to help them move better, get stronger, and handle the demands of competition.
Session options include:
Monday–Thursday:
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday:
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday:
9:00am
For two payments of $249, athletes receive up to 12 sessions per month, including:
A comprehensive athletic assessment
Nutrition coaching
Performance monitoring
Individualized coaching and training adjustments
Guidance to make sure athletes are doing the right amount of work, not too much and not too little
Programming begins June 8.
