Happy September!

Start the new month with us on the mats. Many great martial arts classes to choose from! Tonight, join G**o Sam for Kali and Technical Striking starting at 5 and 6pm respectively.

Wednesday with G**o Scott for Paladin Defensive Systems, G**o Terry for Dog Brothers Martial Arts. Are you an early bird? Get after the worm at Coach Rumps’ Warrior Path/MMA class at 5am Thurs.

Heads up for our current Band of Brothers students - another First Friday Fight Night is coming up this Friday! It’ll be a great evening to test out skills and drills from your classes in a controlled, encouraging sparring environment.

We're in the final stretch of August and looking forward to plenty of great events on the horizon! 🔭✨

This Week, join G**o Sam to honor the memory of friend & martial arts student, Ryan "Joker" Metz, with some of his favorite workouts and drills in classes.

This Weekend, we welcome G**o Daniel Lonero to the Band of Brothers Martial Arts School for a two-day seminar! Registration door is open and we look forward to welcoming attendees from around the country! Seminar Social will be at G**o Sam's House on Saturday evening. We're just asking folks to 'bring a chair & a dish to share'!

Keep an Eye Out for some new class offerings and adjustments to schedules at the Band of Brothers Gym. 🥊 In September, kick off the new month with First Friday Fight Night -AND- a new Friday class offering with G**o Scott Petri.
