Had the pleasure of climbing baby p**p ! Thought it was pretty cool that it’s been up for 4 years longer than I’ve been alive and it was nice to climb a piece of history for that wall!

💪9C STRENGTH TEST💪

If my memory serves me right this was roughly 20 mins in to my bar hang (don’t ask me for footage😂...)

Fun little tool to identify some strengths and weaknesses, track progress and most importantly, to get overly competitive with your friends😄

The 9c strength test consists of 4 exercises with variations and a points system, the harder the variation you are able to do, the more points you score and then you receive an overall score from the sum of the 4 exercises and that tells you in theory what grade of climb you should be able to do based on your strength. However, it’s worth noting that this isn’t gospel and it doesn’t account for many other factors so don’t deep it too much, just a bit of fun - links below if you wanna have a dabble!
