Once a month, we love taking our staff out to lunch as a small way of saying THANK YOU for everything they do for our students, families, and school. 🍽️😊

Last night, our team was faced with a difficult situation during classes, and I couldn’t be prouder of the way they handled it. They stayed calm, professional, respectful, and focused on our students throughout the entire situation. That’s what leadership looks like. 💪🥋

We don’t just teach leadership—we work hard to live it, especially when things get challenging. I’m incredibly grateful to have a team that supports one another and represents our school with such professionalism and heart. ❤️

🥋🎉 Our Bring a Buddy Parents Night Out was SO much fun!

We played games, laughed with friends, watched part of Kung Fu Panda 🐼 (of course!), and even learned how to moonwalk! 🌙🕺 It was a great night of friendship, fun, and making memories together! ❤️

Parents Night Out is fun for the kids, but it’s also important for parents! ❤️ Parents need time to reconnect, enjoy a date night, or simply recharge. Taking care of that relationship helps us come back refreshed and ready to be better parents.

💦🔫 23 YEARS OF PICNICS, WATER GUN BATTLES & GREAT MEMORIES! 🌭🥋❤️

What an AMAZING day! It’s hard to believe that we’ve been having our annual picnic and water gun battle for 23 years! 🤯🎉 And somehow, it just keeps getting better!

We enjoyed hot dogs 🌭 while everyone brought a delicious side dish to share. There was plenty of food, laughter, conversations, and a chance for our martial arts families to spend time together outside of class.

🎟️ We also held our Summer of Excellence prize drawings, with some pretty awesome prizes—including a BOB with Arms and a Wavemaster! 🥊 Congratulations to all of our winners! 🏆👏

But the truth is, the real winners are US because we get to have such incredible students and families as part of our school. ❤️

We are so grateful for everyone who came out, had fun, talked with one another, got to know each other a little better, and even stayed afterward to help us clean everything up. That sense of community is what makes days like this so special.

And, of course, we finished it all off with the WATER GUN BATTLE! 🔫💦😂

Nobody stays dry! Students, parents, instructors—it’s EVERYONE for themselves once the water starts flying! 💦🤣

Thank you to our students and families for another incredible picnic and for 23 years of memories, friendships, laughter, and martial arts! 🥋❤️
