We want to recommend a few basic things:

A. Bring plastic bags for muddy cloths and shoes, towels
C. Bring Extra water and snacks for after the race
D. This race includes challenging obstacles. If you find you are unable to complete a challenge you can skip it and face a small time penalty. Tie you shoes and shorts firmly, excess clothing or costumes may get caught or pulled on by the obstacles or muddy water. PIN YOU BIB ON YOUR LOWER BACK or use a race belt with the bib on your backside. Show up early to warm up and stretch. This is a family friendly event – we want everyone to have a good time! Stay and ride your 4-wheeler or Dirt Bike for $10
