Thank you to everyone who joined us for Back Into Your Body: A Mind-Body Reset for Stress, Tension & Chronic Pain this week.
We spent the evening exploring how stress affects more than just our thoughts—it can influence our breathing, posture, movement patterns, muscle tension, recovery, and even pain.
One of the biggest takeaways from the evening was that stress often becomes physical before we even recognize it. Tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, poor sleep, and feeling exhausted but wired can all be signs that the body is stuck in a stress response.
Together, we discussed practical strategies to help break that cycle, including counseling techniques, breathing exercises, movement, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and mindfulness practices.
