NOW HIRING – REFEREE POSITION
Bloomingdale Airsoft & Paintball

We are looking to hire a Field Referee for an immediate start!

Minimum age:18+

Pay: $15.00/hour + discounts on gear and free admission when not working (Slow days, special events)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays
10:30AM to 5:30PM

Position Responsibilities

• Referee airsoft and paintball games
• Explain and enforce field rules and safety requirements
• Organize players and start/stop games
• Keep games moving throughout the day
• Monitor players for safe and fair play
• Assist customers and answer questions
• Help with basic field operations, setup, and cleanup
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and players

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and able to consistently work Saturdays and Sundays
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stay on your feet and active throughout the day
• Confident communicating with and directing groups of people
• Able to enforce rules fairly and professionally
• Airsoft or paintball experience is helpful, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
