Outdoor yoga to begin on Juniper Hill. My schedule is still evolving, but the first class will be held Friday, May 28 at 10AM. Classes are gentle/all levels. There is no charge to attend, but donations will be accepted. The first donation will be made to the Town of Bloomfield to help support scholarships to the town summer camp.

The physical therapy center where I have been teaching has been sold and I no longer have access to the gym. I am actively searching for a new location. Please let me know if you are aware of an appropriate venue.

Well, it’s been a long year. Outdoor yoga classes will soon begin on Juniper Hill. I’m also searching for a new indoor location for the fall when it begins to get chilly. Please let me know if you are aware of any place suitable. Stay tuned for the spring/summer schedule to be posted mid May.

The majority has decided it is too chilly for outdoor yoga today.Stay tuned. We will be watching for a warmer day.

I will be teaching a gentle yoga class at Diana Hughes' house, 32 Juniper Rd.,Bloomfield at 10:30 AM tomorrow, Sunday, March 22. All are welcome. We will be strictly following social distancing guidelines so please stay 6 feet apart from others.What you need to know:

Dress in layers and consider sunscreen for your face.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel,and any other props you like ( blocks, straps, etc.) Bring something to cover your eyes for final relaxation ( a clean sock will do the trick).

This is a donation based class, so please give any amount you can. All money will go to Bloomfield social services. Message me with any questions.

Gentle yoga classes will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8am. Wednesday 10am exercise is taking a winter break.
