As the 2025โ26 ice season wraps up, we can't help but shout out one of our own who absolutely LEVELED UP this year. Let's recap what Jace pulled off:โฃโฃ

โก ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ Jace slashed his personal bests in a big way โ dropping his 500m from 43.63 โ ๐๐.๐๐ and his 1000m from 1:28.81 โ ๐:๐๐.๐๐. All of that while training part-time and making trips to Milwaukee. The grind is REAL.โฃโฃ

๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ Jace started the season as one of the younger skaters on the "B" squad โ and by December he had earned his way up to the "A" squad competing against older athletes. He didn't just hold his own โ he won overall gold at a Heartland meet in Cleveland. He then closed out the Heartland Series by:โฃโฃ

Nationals is where the nation's best show up, and Jace showed OUT. Competing as a first-year Junior C, he battled through a tough field and ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ to finish ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ. Even more impressive? He was the ๐ก๐ข๐ ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ซ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐ in the entire field, surpassing skaters who had finished ahead of him the year before.
