Taking a moment to remember and give thanks on this Memorial Day to those who have lost their lives in defense of our country and other countries around the world. It is easy to live each day focusing on our lives, families and jobs but on this special day take a moment to think about the families who are missing a loved one lost in battle. The loss is eternal. Every time you see a flag let it serve as a reminder that a heavy, heavy price has been paid by others for us to live the lives we are blessed to live each day. 🙏🏻🇺🇸❤️

Sifu Craig started at my school about 30 years ago. He has been a great Sifu teaching many at ABKFA including Sifu Adam Ellis and Sifu Vic Encarnacion thru Black Sash.
Our friendship is everlasting. It’s always great when the kids come home to visit!😀👊🏻
