Yoga Around The World that's a wrap!🌍
A big Thank you to the families who joined me on our 4week adventure with creative yoga, fun adventures and new discoveries we had a lot of fun and perfect weather.

Here's a recap on our NYC adventure for you to practice at home:

🚖 Be a Yellow taxi - seated staff pose legs out in front, put seatbelt on and hold the steering wheel GREEN Light - shuffle forward RED light stop!!! put on our yoga glasses and check for traffic 🚦🧐

🗽Be Statue of Liberty - Tree Pose each side

🌆 Be The Empire State Building - Triangle Pose each side

📚 Be The New York Public library - Cobblers pose

🚃 Be Grand Central station - Birddog pose each side

This is a great class to bond with your little one and connect with other moms/caregivers. This is a perfect class for Ages 6wks- 4yrs

Come as you are no experience needed!
Bring a yoga mat & picnic blanket for extra comfort.
