Family Yoga Today 🧘‍♂️ 🐶
Carrying on from last week & enjoying all the fall feels. Today we learnt about the life cycle of an Acorn to Oak growing from a ting Acorn - child's pose 🌰 into eventually a huge Oak -Tree pose 🌳
Along with many animal poses 🐿🦫🐦‍⬛🦌
who love to eat Acorns.
Following with a fun Puppy Dog Yoga Game.
🧘 Pick a yoga card
🧑‍🩰 Do the pose
🐕 All while balancing the Puppy Dog on a part of our body

Then to end the most important part savasana (relaxation) kids love to cuddle up with blankets along with the aroma of essential oil.😴

Family Yoga is not only full of yoga poses through stories & music but also laughter, fun and silliness!

Is your little one too young to go Trick & Treating but you have the cutest custome just waiting to be used?
Then join me in the studio on the 10/29 at 9.30am for a fun Baby & Me Halloween Yoga event perfect for ages 0-3yrs.

We will have a Monster fun morning of Trick & Treat inspired Yoga, fun Spooky games & Halloween party music, little ones can also pick up some (age appropriate) candy around the studio before they leave. A prize for best custome will be included!

Can't wait to see all my little yogis in custome . Parents/caregivers can also join me in custome but of course optional.

No experience needed come as you are you don't even need to bring a yoga mat we have everything you will need: mats, blankets, bolsters & we will even supply the bells & rainbow scarves to keep little ones entertained & engaged!

This class gets your little one engaged in yoga poses at an early age through games, stories & music! You'll even get to cuddle up together for some bonding time in savasana (relaxation) together.

No experience needed come as you are and go with the flow in our caregiver & me class perfect for ages 6months-3yrs old.

Yoga With Leigh Fall series kicked off this week at Bloomfield Recreation held in The Civic center!

We've had an amazing start to the series celebrating all the fun things about fall:
🍁 Leaf pose
🌳Tree Pose
🍎Apple picking pose
🎃 Pumpkin pose
🐦‍⬛Scarecrow pose

😴 But to their surprise I think they all enjoyed savasana the most (relaxation) after some leaf breathing& mindful coloring they cuddled up under some blankets whilst rubbing worry stones, a soothing & relaxing sensation after a busy day!!
