The 2021-22 Deer harvest estimates have been announced!

Hunters in New York harvested approximately 211,269 deer during the 2021-22 hunting seasons.

DEC tested more than 2,000 deer across New York and found no evidence of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) in the herd.
