Deadlifts still aren’t feeling great. The lower back seems to be working much harder than it needs to be. We will get that fixed soon.

Guess what? I deadlifted again. I wasn’t feeling so hot today. Had a pretty bad headache and didn’t get much sleep last night. But we still got after it. The goal was to try to rep out 495 but I couldn’t handle the pressure in my head with the headache and deadlift combo. But all days can’t be good.

The head was no feeling so good. Trying to rep out 495 but the pressure in my head couldn’t handle it. So I only hit a rep and a half. Wish today went a little better. But all days be good there has to be some bad.

Been messing around with conventional deadlifts. I feel really strong but the form is not looking great. Back rounds a bit but it doesn’t feel bad.

Hit 545 for a decent single on deadlift. Probably could’ve hit more but wasn’t going to push it to far.

This was my attempt at 565lbs. I totally should have had it but I just quit. Kinda upset with myself for stopping but we will get there soon. The only way to get better is to keep trying!

Pulled conventional for the first time in a while. Hit 441 for a pretty easy single. Didn’t go to crazy Bc we gotta big squat day tomorrow
