Well done to our 2026 Top 8 team! We came in 3rd this year.

Congrats to Bedlam! Broke the streak that Ada had going. So close at the top! Some lost fish during the weekend cost us a possible win. Fishing in the rain on Saturday wasn't bad. It was just a lot of rain. I think the area received close to 6 inches of rain up there in Cherokee county while Oklahoma, Cleveland and McClain counties barely got a drop.

Results from Ft Gibson.

Well done Jason & Lynn and Robbie & Cory!

It was a crazy weekend with the weather. Started off good then started raining and didn't stop for nearly 12 hours. Though it was considerate enough to pause during weigh-in.

There was 3 events happening at once at Ft Gibson Lake. We had our club tournament. The Oklahoma Bass Federation hosted the annual Top 8 event where all 6 state federation clubs send their top 4 teams to compete for a little bit of cash, but mostly bragging rights. (4 teams, 2 days combined weights) Then there is the buddy event. 2 day weight total per team.

It's a lot, but we've done this for years, so for some of us it is not a big deal. We only have to track our club weights.

We used the OBF trailer for weigh-in for all of it.

This is the results and standings for our event. I'll be posting some pictures from last weekend also over the next few days.

Eufaula
Start fishing: 6:15am
stop fishing: 2:15pm
check in: 2:30pm - no exceptions. must be in person, please plan on distance, traffic and trains!
10" minimum on largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass
Weigh-in - Eufaula Pavilion. NOT peter's point.

If you are wanting to fish this event, please touch base with us, I will give you options to pay. We are staying with a friend with about 6+ miles of gravel roads, and we haven't decided what to do/where to be friday night and not sure what ramp we will use on saturday. Highly encouraging you to pay ahead! Check in the mail by Friday, May 8. Paypal will be due by Monday night (May 11) at midnight.

Friday night check-in:
Staying at Antler Ridge Cabins. It's on the road to the Point boat ramp. 3378 Cooper Memorial Dr, Sulphur, OK 73086. Cabin 5, back right corner when facing the property. check-in 4:30pm-8pm.

NO plans on being at the ramp in the morning, please message me if you are needing to pay on Saturday/Sunday. Do not wait until 6am to message me, I may not see the note.
