I will not have a booth at the Portland sportsman’s show in February… I will be in town that week to deliver existing rod orders, I am taking orders now, and still have a few of my 9’ 1 piece orange scorpion rods left. These are very limited, if you want to order some, contact me asap….

This is going to be a busy week… I am building a special edition steelhead rod for the steelhead expo this weekend in Lewiston idaho… If you are panning on attending the show, and want me to bring a specific rod down, let me know asap… This event is quickly becoming a big deal if you like fishing steelhead in the northwest. It is packed with some of my amazing friends Duane Inglin, Bill Herzog, and Jarod Higginbotham doing seminars all weekend…. We will have steelhead rods and fly rods at the show, Friday Jan 9th thru Sunday the 11th….

All setup at the Big Horn Spokane sportsman’s show. Show opens tomorrow at noon. As we see amazing things changing today in our country, I am very excited for the future of our All American owned and built NW RODS/NW FLY company… there are many fishing rod companies that are either owned or partially owned by foreign companies, or outsource blanks, or labor from Asia, or Mexico to cut costs. I will never sell out, I will never cut corners and sacrifice reputation for profit… I will build rods right here in little Blanchard Idaho till I die… that’s my warranty…..
