EAT MORE!
Yes, you and your body cannot survive on limited calories. When you skip meals & under-eat consistently, this can results in slowing down your metabolism even more. Which we do not want! And obviously, eat more in a smart nutrient dense (not crapola) way.
2. FOCUS ON YOUR PROTEIN!
Tracking your protein is a game changer. Focusing on getting enough protein daily will help boost your metabolism and burn the fat you want to get rid of.
3. LESS CARDIO MORE WEIGHTS!
Cardio might burn calories at that moment, but strength training will burn fat hours AFTER your workout. If you want to burn fat and lean out, weights are where it's at. Cardio is great for heart health but make strength training and walking your priority for movement.
