Congrats to our MVA athlete, Gretchen Beltrand for committing to play volleyball @ UW-Platteville. She will be studying health and human performance - Physical Theraphy.

We are also excited to have her back with us 2027 JO MVA 18 Elite team. It will be her 4th year with MVA.

EXCITING NEWS!
Congrats and Welcome.

CONGRATS to MVA HP89 Black for a great performance @ 2026 MN Select Summer League with perfect record 10-0! It did not come by surprise but focus, discipline, and hardworking from our girls. When we work hard combine with work smart, we will get more luck and win more. :)

Also Congrats to 2 sister teams:
MVA HP78 Black with record 7-3 (exceed our team's goal set out for the season)
MVA HP78 Red with record 6-4. Wow!

Now, SL is done, we will continue to preparing our 7/8th graders for Fall League. Registration for FL is on MVA Website: www.mvamn.club
We are open for new players but pots are filling up fast so don't miss it!

Our Fall League's (11) Practices are on Monday starting Sept 3rd.
Younger team starts 6:15pm
Older team starts 7:45pm

WELCOME coach Lauren Clark back to HP Athletes and MVA. She was one of our HPA/MVA in earlier years of her JO. Then when on to play for Penn State 2 years, then FCGU for 2 years before she play professional in France. She is back and will be coaching FL with us.

We will have both coach Lexi Hart and Carrie Olson with our MVA 18 Elite.

Summer is officially started.
Let's get back in the gym to prepare for off season training / Summer League / AAU National / GJNC.

High-Performance Athletes will have HP Camp with special guest Lexi Hart.
Former Gopher Player
Currently Professional LOVB league player with Nebraska
June 16th & 18th
6:15-8pm for 6th - 8th grader.
8-10pm for Adv level for 9th grader & older.
Please register on website!

2026 Summer League will be starting June 6th, 7th then league night on Thur June 9th. NO weekend.
For 7th-9th grader team(s), we have a couple spots open.

Congrats to MVA 17 Elite for an awesome finished 1st in the Silver Div of 18 Elite Div @ 2026 TC Molten Cup!

Now we are starting prepare for off season training with 5th-9th graders @ High Performance Camp tonight and Thur.

5th & 6th grader 6-7:45pm.
7-9 th grader 7:45-9:30pm.

Small sessions to focus on technical and high reps. Please register before 5pm tonight.
