New exercise routine I am to addd on to my other exercises..
10 times seems like 100 times….
I only was able to get a Solid 5 count outta my arm today.
My arm/elbow is bowing out when it should be going in or held close to my rib cage.
My body should not be Arching like it is.
This all the range of motion I could get,
I’m 9 1/2 weeks post surgery
PT started middle of April
I’m keeping good spirits and focusing on me and what I need in my life at this moment,
My recovery is super important and it is my main priority.
Just remember, you are not selfish for putting yourself first or before others and doing the right thing for your self and mental health..
I always take care of others and I always give to others before I do anything, so for once I’m taking a step back and moving forward on focusing on myself and my season of recovery
I have a long season ahead of me
They say it’s about a year for recovery to be full back to working out.🏋️
