🎃 Ready to kick off spooky season with a big “BOO!”? We’ve got you covered! 👻
From pumpkins and witches to everything delightfully haunting in between, we’re conjuring up a spook-tacular October full of frightfully fun ways to celebrate:
- Pumpkin Decorating on Oct. 1 from 5-6 p.m. at the Blaine Community Center. $15 per person, registration required.
- Seasonal Decorative Stone Painting on Oct. 5 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Blaine Community Center. $15 per person, registration required.
- Make Your Own Witches Broom on Oct. 9 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Blaine Community Center. $15 per person, registration required.
- Halloween Dance Party on Oct. 30 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Blaine Community Center. $5 per person; tickets available online or at the door.

Toddler Time is back for the fall, starting this Monday, Sept. 14, at Blaine Primary School!
Bring your little ones for a morning of play, socializing, and discovery! This unstructured drop-in program is designed for toddlers and their caregivers to enjoy time together in a safe and welcoming environment with age-appropriate toys, soft play equipment, music, and space to move around.

🏅 Intro to Sports Officiating — Sunday, Sept. 13
Curious about becoming a sports official? Learn how to get started, what to expect, and where to find opportunities. FREE + no officiating experience required!

⚽ Sports Discovery Club — Starts Sept. 15
A four-week adventure for K–6th graders to try out different sports, build skills, and have fun! Tuesdays for four weeks. $35/person | Registration required

💪 Teen Strength Training — Starts Sept. 17
Help teens build strength, confidence, and healthy habits with four weeks of guided training. Thursdays for four weeks. $40/person | Registration required

Meet us at Birch Bay State Park this Labor Day for a free Clamming 101 class! Join Laura as she goes over the rules and regulations of harvesting clams in Washington State. Meet at Birch Bay State Park, 5105 Helweg Rd., across from the playground on the beach side.

*Please bring shellfish license, bucket and shovel if you plan to harvest clams.
