* how can I get an update on the Birch Bay Village Community Plan?

* is the Clubhouse available for me to use for our family reunion?

* when do the exercise classes take place, and are they open to anyone?

* what does it take to become a Marina Member?

* whom do I talk to about my really noisy neighbor?

* can anybody use the BBV parks for a family picnic?
