Zumba 8am@ day to day dance in Blaine. I teach High/low impact fitness classes, circuit strength training, dance fitness and boot-camp classes. I use music that include all types of genres. I also can teach Strong by Zumba® fitness, Zumba® Fitness, Zumba Sentao® and Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kids Jr (for children ages 4-13). strong and build stamina! We do circuit training, high and low impact exercises with bursts of cardio. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Monday’s are full body workouts, Wednesdays is core and lower body and Fridays is upper body. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are cardio, core and stations.
