We would like to welcome to the family… 🧬

Travelle is a Rowan University Alumni, class of Fall 2019. Travelle was a collegiate football player at Rowan where he was awarded all conference 2nd team in 2018 and also set the record for most pass breakup in a season for Rowan Football. Travelle earned a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion and Wellness Management. He has experience interning as a strength and conditioning coach at Saint Joseph University and Rowan University strength. He is a Certified Performance Enhancment Specialist. Travelle is looking to help athletes perform at the highest level and assist others in improving their quality of life through fitness

NJPL is excited to announce that we are now offering yoga classes starting November 2nd! 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
