Congratulations are in order to Head Track and Field Coach Rushani Burke and his coaching staff ( Coleman, Collins, Mason, Kinard)for and Amazing Track season
Girls Region Champs( 3x)
Boys Region Runner Ups (back to back)
Dominated Hurdles in 1A winning all hurdle events at State 100mh, 110mh and both boys and girls 400mh (Breyanna Williams and Da'Montray Allen) and 4x400m relay team State Champs (Robert McCreary, Cooper Mulbah, Kaiden Davis and DaMontray Allen alt. Bryce Collins and DeAntey Jamison, Jayden Barnes )
Being 1 of 4 teams to have both the girls and boys team finish top 10 at State.
And finishing as 1A Boys State Runner Up 🏆
(DaMontray, Messiah, Jayden D, Demarcus, Cooper, Robert, Bryce, DiAndra, Bralen, Kaiden D, Jayden B, Demeria W, Terrion J, Tyler D, DeAntey - these are State Qualifiers and alternates)
After only 3 years of building a track program the success is a testament to your hardwork, knowledge, and your abilities.
"Trust the Process" was a statement the athletes and Coaches had to believe in all season.

The generosity of our parents keeps going.
Thank you Towanya Bracy for feeding the track team and Shirley Perry for the dessert. They really appreciated it. We had a good practice and a really good meal.

Congratulations to the Blackville Hilda Lady Hawks for winning Regions for 3rd time in a row for Region 3 1A
Team Captains are Breyanna Williams and Tylasia Brown and they both finished 1st in all of their individual events
Bre- 100mh, 400mh, 100m, and 200m
Tylasia - 800m, 1600m, 4x 800m, 4x400m (3rd place)
Bre scored 40pts and Ty scored 36 0ut tof the Lady Hawks 160
Having these two as leaders really kept the team motivated, focused and determined to win.
15 out of 19 girls who went to regions are automactic qualifiers and will advance to Upperstate.
We are also very proud of our boys team who are Region Runners Up also for the 3rd year.
