Announcement: Hey Everyone! For those of you interested in trying out for the 2019-2020 Women's and Men's Club Tennis team, our interest meeting will be held on Wednesday September 4th at 7:30 pm in NCB room 250! Come on out to meet our executive board and learn more about tryouts and what it means to be a member of the Club Tennis team! We hope to see everyone on Wednesday!

Even after 12 years, we are still sad. Sad for the members of this community that lost their lives and the future stories that were in store for them. But we will walk tearlessly on a daily basis as we approach that memorial years after the fact. We still cry for those we lost in our extended family on this day. And in our sadness, we keep going, to live, to work, and to laugh for them and their families. Today is just a reminder that life is too short, and for some it ends too soon, but we will prevail nonetheless.

Today is Virginia Tech's National Giving Day and our Club team would appreciate any donations possible! We are consistently one of the most competitive teams in the Mid-Atlantic and could use any donation to help fund our tournaments around the Country. We are excited to attend Nationals in Arizona in April, and would love your help to get there! Congratulations to our 2 teams this past weekend in Charlottesville on a successful tournament! One team finished as semi-finalists in the Gold bracket and the other placed first in the Bronze bracket! Fun time had by all!

UPDATE: men’s and women’s tryouts will now take place on Monday, February 4th from 9:00-10:30 pm at the Burrows-Burelson Tennis Center on campus. Can’t wait to see everyone there!

First tournament of the semester was a success! Our team was Silver Bracket Finalists and had a great time exploring Knoxville. Looking forward to more tournaments this Spring 🎾

ANNOUNCEMENT: Women's tryouts for the Spring semester will be held on February 2nd at 1 pm in the Virginia Tech Tennis Center (indoor courts). Please contact [email protected] for more details and if you are interested in trying out! Stay tuned tor a posting on the day/time for the Men's Spring tryouts, but if you have any questions or know you will be trying out please send an email to [email protected]. The deadline for emailing is January 21st, 2019. Tryout fees are $5. Can't wait to see everyone out on the courts!!! :)

So proud of our nationals-bound team!! Here’s to taking home the gold in Arizona!

Club Tennis at UVA wins the Mid-Atlantic Section Championship presented by SpringHill Suites by Marriott Norfolk Old Dominion University!

UVA as well as Navy Club Tennis, Maryland Club Tennis and Virginia Tech Club Tennis are advancing to the National Championship in Arizona this April. Congratulations to these four teams!

Voted on by the teams, Salisbury University took home the Team Sportsmanship award.

Special thanks to Atlantic Orthopaedic Specialists, Babolat, and Foodlion for their support of this event.
