Join Brandy McCann of Brandy Plant Yoga Lady for a rejuvenating hour surrounded by healing plant energies. Start the session with a relaxing herbal foot bath and massage with Brandy's homegrown herbal blends featuring rose petals and violet leaves. Then transition to gentle yin yoga with optional energy work. Finally, end the session with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed. There will be time for a mug of tea and integration afterward so bring your journal if you wish. These fully clothed, multimodal sessions are perfect for when you want some deep relaxation, but don't want or need a traditional massage.

Comfortable working a consistent weekly schedule with at least 15 hands-on massage hours per week

Yoga instructor and herbalist Brandy McCann leads a restorative practice based on the healing energy and medicinal properties and traits of medicinal herbs. Expect an hour of gentle yin yoga followed by guided meditation and savasana. Blankets and bolsters are available to support your practice. Brandy leads a lovely class that is suitable for beginners and for people reviving their practice.

A creative and fun embodiment and writing/drawing workshop for getting out of your head and unstuck on a creative project, or for simply finding a creative spark and letting it flow! We'll feel into what everyone is bringing to the table that day, and then Mandy will guide us through some somatic movements, visualization, and writing/creative play, and along the way remind us of techniques to enjoy flexing our imaginations. Wear something comfortable and creative, and bring your favorite pens, markers, notebook or paper,, or a snack to share ... or come as you are and use our supplies!
