Mark these important dates:
February 11: The annual stockholders meeting will be online at 6 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
March 1: If you wish to redeem your stock, the request and stock certificate must be postmarked by March 1, 2026. Please sign and date the back of the certificate then mail it to Shawnee Swim Club Business Manager, P.O. Box 835, Blacksburg, VA 24063. If you cannot find your stock certificate, please contact Kathy Reilly at [email protected] for instructions.
March 15: LIMO requests must be postmarked by March 15th and are on a first-come, first-served basis (limit of 40). Please do not submit any request or payment until after the annual meeting when a budget and dues are approved. There will be a late fee for any not received by March 15th.
April 1: Annual dues payments must be postmarked by April 1 or there will be a late fee accessed. Please do not submit any request or payment until after the annual meeting when a budget and dues are approved.
