Meet Avery 💚

If you’ve been in the studio lately, you may have already seen this smiling face around Pulse!

Avery loves movement and everything it brings into her life, and she’s so excited to share that energy with our Pulse community. Expect her classes to be fun, upbeat, and full of good energy — basically, you’re going to want to book in. 😉

Outside the studio, you can probably find her with an iced latte in hand or soaking up a beach day. And yes, give her a Pilates ball and she’s happy.

If you’ve taken a Mat class lately, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Camille! 🤍

Camille has been showing up almost every day, challenging herself, getting stronger, and continuing to choose herself…all while studying veterinary medicine at VMCVM!!

We love watching her commitment to herself grow with every class. It’s a reminder that progress doesn’t always come from doing something huge; sometimes it’s simply choosing to show up again and again!🫶
