We offer online, live and on demand Functional Fitness with equipment for adults and Bodyweight only interval fitness classes for the entire family.

Coach Shellie is a CrossFit Games Master World Champion, certified CrossFit level 2 and CrossFit Gymnastics coach. She has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years.

Coach Shellie is live online 7 times a week. She takes you from warm up to cool down with tips and points of performance to keep you safe and moving well! All of our classes are available on demand 24/7 at EFF.fit.
