If you’ve enjoyed your experience with Ascend Athletics, I would really appreciate it if you could share this flyer with friends, family, teammates, or anyone who may be interested in tumbling, jumps, flyer flexibility, or stunt training.

Most of my growth comes from word of mouth, and every share helps my small business reach more athletes. Thank you all for your continued support! 🫶✨

I will also add, if you want to do a group of 3 girls for an hour in a class instead of $50 per person, it’ll only be $30 each instead!

For the rest of June, I'm offering a few optional summer packages for athletes looking to make extra progress on their tumbling skills:

⭐ 6 Private 1-Hour Lessons (3 weeks)�Regular: $300 → Package: $240

⭐ 3 Private 1-Hour Lessons (3 weeks)�Regular: $150 → Package: $130

⭐ 6 Private 30-Minute Lessons (3 weeks)�Regular: $150 → Package: $130

⭐ 3 Private 30-Minute Lessons (3 weeks)�Regular: $75 → Package: $65

If you'd rather continue scheduling lessons individually at my regular rates, that's completely fine too!

Hi! My name is Lily. I’ve been cheering since I was 6 years old. I started at The Cheer Center, where I cheered for 4 years, and then I moved to Cheer Athletics Columbus, where I cheered for another 6 years. Over the past two years, I’ve also had the opportunity to fill in for two different teams. While I’m no longer competing in all star cheer, I’m still very involved in the cheer world by coaching my Youth League Seniors. I love being able to share what I’ve learned and help younger athletes grow and gain confidence 🫶🏼

Below is a video of me teaching, though the skills are still a work in progress! I also include a video of my own tumbling. Which I mostly learned myself growing up and later improved with help from coaches!
