Our Mommy & Daddy & Me Jiu Jitsu Program is built for ages 3–5 and gives parents the chance to get on the mats and learn right alongside their little ones.

Build confidence. Improve coordination. Learn to listen and follow directions. Get comfortable on the mats. And most importantly—have fun together.
