River Country Fitness LLC We are now open 24 hours 7 days a week. Staffed 8:00 am til 500 pm A full service gym with staff available at select times.

A personal workout and orientation with all memberships. Personal training available for one on one goal setting. Showers, lockers, tanning, and a wet sauna Lash extensions and massage also available through appointments.

✨20 Years of River Country Fitness! ✨

Twenty years ago, I opened these doors with a big dream and the determination to make a difference. Building a woman-owned business in this industry hasn’t always been easy, but it has been the most rewarding journey of my life.
I’m so proud to have created a space where everyone feels strong, capable, and welcome. This gym has never been about just the equipment; it’s about the incredible people who walk through these doors every day.
To every member who has walked through these doors: thank you for trusting me with your journey since 2006. And a special THANK YOU to Gaier Construction for helping me build this dream and continuing to support me. You are the reason we’re still standing tall twenty years later.
I would also like to thank Lisa Rogers, Melanie Bohac, and Joe Reichenbach, who have been here from Day 1. I couldn’t have done it without you.
