Thankful and blessed for this passed year! A lot has changed, but our family is doing life. Kathy is still teaching at Mounds and coaches CrossFit! Abby is in 8th grade and cheers and plays basketball. Kaydee is a freshman at OSU she also had ACL surgery in January.. Ethan got his rookie year over at Sand Springs Fire and is engaged. I got 20 years on the fire dept earned a purple belt in jui jitsu. Happy Thanksgiving!

I had a few karate Men that were great role models growing up and modeled what a Man should be! Mr. Wadlin, Harvey Geizer, Kevin Ishmael, Joseph P Hernandez, Vance McNeil, Marty Ray Miller to name a few!

Merry Christmas to my Lightning Karate peeps! Ethan is a Sand Springs firefighter and is now engaged! Kaydee is a senior and is planning on going to OSU. Abby is a 7th grader and cheers and plays bball. Both girls xfit with Kathy! Hope this finds everyone well and have a great holiday season! God bless!
