We’re down to our final two mares to foal out this season! In the meantime, our newest addition to the nursery has found her wheels and she is not afraid to use them! 💞

Momma Lil and Baby Gator! Lil has been here at Black Top Ranch since the spring of 2025. During that time we bred her to HR Smart Rey, managed her during her pregnancy, prayed daily for a buckskin filly and then foaled out baby Gator - the most beautiful palomino stud c**t! Having clients who trust us with the long term care and management of their horses is the biggest compliment we could get. We cannot wait to see Baby Gator grow up and succeed in the roping arena for his owners! We also cannot wait to *hopefully* check Lil in foal to Fiddle N Steel next week! 💞

A lovely gift from the stork this morning! Fab Wagon laid down and foaled at 7:30 and gave her owner a beautiful bay filly! Watch out for this little little lady - she will be on a barrel pattern near you soon! Congratulations to her owner, Brenda Fechner! 💞

We have known Sarge since he was just a tiny little circle on an ultrasound screen and now he is Deputy Sarge!!! We are so lucky to have Kate and Ryan and the entire Rolling Brass Ranch crew in our lives! 💞💞💞

BIG NEWS! 🙌🏼
We are thrilled to announce that today Sarge passed his evaluation for the RCSO Mounted Patrol unit. Deputy Dash To War is now a Deputy! 🚨
His next step will be completing the CLEET Mounted Patrol course which will enable him to be a commissioned Law Enforcement Officer.

Another little delivery from the stork! Recip momma Twix was not due until June 4th but she just couldn’t hold in this cutie any longer! Please join us in welcoming this gorgeous palomino filly by Stevie Rey Von and out of Sheza Royal Cat! It’s hard to tell while she’s still damp but we believe she might be a palomino roan! Great job Twix! Congratulations to her owners, The Bogart Family! She’s a stunner!

It’s graduation season and we want to wish all of the graduates a huge congratulations and the best of luck in their future endeavors! Doodlebug had the chance to model with a local graduate for her graduation pictures the other day and he had a ball! ❤️

We were struggling to come up with a barn name for last night’s gift from the stork and thank goodness we got a great suggestion from one of Liam’s favorite classmates! Everyone, please welcome us in officially joining Miss “Midnight” to the nursery crew! Thank you for the great name idea Molly!!! Also, Midnight is busy sleeping. It’s been a hard day being born and being adorable. 💞
