We instruct and train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and friendly environment. Kids class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6-6:45pm, adults Monday through Thursday from 6:30-8pm.

This new kids group is really starting to come along.

In such a short time, we’ve already seen them grow leaps and bounds — better movement, better confidence, better focus, and a better understanding of how to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure.
