DG5K Walk/Run Fundraiser

After a lot of thought, we have decided that we will not be hosting the DG5K this year as we prepare to welcome our new baby boy into the world.

We are incredibly thankful for all of the support, participation, and memories that this event has brought over the years. We hope to possibly return in the future and bring the DG5K back again someday.

Thank you all for understanding and for continuing to support our family and scouts in Vermilion County!

Tonight we proudly presented our largest check yet of $4,000.00 to Camp Drake! This makes a total of $7,000.00 donated to Camp Drake in the past two years!

This donation will help complete the docks at Poncho Pond, making camp even better for the hundreds of Scouts who visit every year.

We’re so thankful to everyone who supports the DG5K — your generosity and community spirit make moments like this possible! 🏃‍♂️

Last Monday, we proudly presented our first check to Bismarck Pack 309 for $1,500.

Pack 309 has been a tremendous supporter of the DG5K, helping for all three years by passing out water, creating encouraging signs, and most recently selling nearly 300 raffle tickets.

We are so grateful for their continued partnership and all they’ve done to help make the DG5K a success. Thank you, Pack 309!

We’re so excited for this Saturday’s DG5K, starting and finishing at the Bismarck-Henning High School track!

📍 If you live along the route (see map), we’d LOVE your support!
📣 Come out to your yard, make signs, cheer on the runners, and help us bring the energy!

🕘 Be ready around 9:00 AM — that’s when the race kicks off.
☀️ Forecast: Sunny and 75° — perfect 5K weather!
