Today … we spotlight Brian Bauer, a big Aces supporter, coach and parent of three kids with the program.

Bauer has been coaching with the program for the last two years, where he has helped guide 12U & 13U North in the fall/spring/summer. His three dudes - Bryce, Cash and Diego - are all solid ball players with alot of talent.

Brian will be coaching with our 14U North team this upcoming season. Looking forward to another great year!

What a season! Our 13U North Delmarva Aces finished with a 40-17-2 record, but what I’m most proud of isn’t the wins. It’s the growth, commitment, toughness, and brotherhood this team built over the past year.

To our players… thank you for trusting the process, competing every day, and representing the Aces with class.

To our families… thank you for the countless miles, weekends, and unwavering support. None of this happens without you.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to coach this special group and can’t wait to begin the next chapter as the Head Coach of Delmarva Aces Rising 14U North. The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.

Tryouts begin in two weeks!!!

This team played with a chip on their shoulder. We had to find our identity and get back to the basics, to bring out that dog mentality. Practice the way we play, give everything we’ve got, and band together as brothers.

They showed up this weekend and believed in each other. The big diamond isn’t forgiving, and this level will test you mentally, but they answered.

48 runs scored. Only 7 allowed. Rolled into Sunday the number 1 seed.

These boys gave it all they had this past weekend. Clinched the number one seed heading into Sunday. Played back to back to back games and ran out of gas at the end. Let’s keep putting in the work. 💪

13U North is the runner up at ES Tournament Baseball at Henry Parker Complex in Salisbury, MD. The team won its first four games of the tournament with a pair of wins on Saturday and two great games in Sunday bracket play.

They would fall in an Aces vs Aces final but it was an absolute awesome weekend by the squad.

13N was really solid

The boys played in their first tournament of 2026 this weekend. We took a jump and played up in a 14U tournament. I’m incredibly proud of these boys. They battled all weekend, left everything out on the field, and ran into a solid 14U team in the championship.

We came up short and finished second, but these boys finished first in my heart ❤️. I couldn’t be prouder of the way they competed. Hopefully this weekend built some confidence and showed them we can hold our own.

Off to a great start.
