Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Community Building, and Personal Training
Uphold Alloy’s mission and core values, ensuring staff members flourish and do their best work.
Lead all staff meetings, oversee training staff, and create a positive, motivating gym culture.
Engage with clients regularly, conducting accountability check-ins and keeping members excited to train.
Sales & Growth
Conduct introductory membership sales sessions and follow Alloy’s proven sales process to convert leads into loyal members.
Follow up with members who haven’t trained recently to reignite their motivation.
Operations & Marketing
Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Drive marketing efforts, including social media engagement and local digital campaigns.
Organize community events that strengthen member connections. Team Development
Recruit, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a high-energy and professional coaching team.
Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and provide coaching to help staff grow.

Sales experience with a proven ability to drive membership growth.
Fitness instruction experience
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Compensation : $80,000-$120,000
