520 miles later and 2025 is a wrap! This is most miles I’ve clocked in a single year and I have a new respect for the art and science of running.

I use running as a tool to keep me grounded. I got up to run on some of my toughest days—fighting against my mind the entire time. It’s also my avenue for seeking discomfort. 2025 expanded my capacity. Now to raise the bar in 2026! Here’s to the miles to come! 🥂

What’s your perspective on discipline when it comes to your health?

I treat it like a non-negotiable. I don’t think I can lead a meaningful and high quality life without tending to my fitness and nutrition. It’s either you make time for it now or spend time trying to fix it later.

Also, if someone out there loves you, you owe it to them to take care of yourself. ✍🏾

Stepping into uncharted and running my way out🏃🏾‍♂️💨

6 weeks out from my first marathon and I’m always impressed what my body can do. Every week has been a longer distance and a new challenge and the more I spend time on my feet, the more I understand that consistency is more important than speed. Looking forward to the next battle.

Cheers to my hardest week of running to date! 🍻🙌🏾

In preparation for my first marathon, I’ve tripled the miles I’d typically run. And while running in itself is challenging, the benefits of getting better and building community always outweigh.

This was a hell of a week for training and I’m excited to do it all over again‼️
