The Tumble House is excited to partner with Righteous Wellness to bring you a specialized 4-week athlete performance program designed to build stronger, more powerful athletes from the ground up.

Meeting twice each week, athletes will participate in targeted strength and conditioning sessions focused on developing the specific muscles, power, stability, and body awareness needed for skills such as back handsprings, back tucks, running tumbling passes, and more. Rather than drilling & practicing skills, athletes will strengthen the foundation behind them, leading to improved performance, increased confidence, and greater consistency.

Led by experienced coaches who specialize in athlete development, this program is designed to help athletes move better, perform stronger, and reduce the risk of injury while reaching their full potential.

Whether your athlete is working toward their first back handspring or looking to take their tumbling to the next level, this program will help them become the strongest, most confident version of themselves!
