As many of you are aware, our dear friend Emilie Maynor and her family have been experiencing unimaginable trials.

Her son Levi has a rare form of cancer which he’s been battling since he was 3 months old. They are headed to Canada next week for specialized care.

Please consider a gift towards their needs, which in addition to making the care they want more accessible, your support will help to provide some peace of mind and comfort as they move through this challenging experience towards healing.

I’m so excited to announce the return of Prenatal Yoga classes! 🤰🏻

I will be offering 4-week prenatal yoga sessions at Birmingham Yoga , Tuesdays, 12-1pm
March 7-April 4 (no class 3/28)
And
April 11-May 2

$60/4 class session.

If you’ve ever taken my Thanksgiving or New Year’s Day classes, it will be similar. Mindful movement, slow flowing with a restorative ending to help you find your center, connect with your intuitive self, and carry that knowledge and warmth with you throughout this wild time of year.

I’m always thrilled to connect my prenatal yoga students with resources that are practical, reliable, and convenient!

The Morning Sickness Clinic just opened on Hwy 280 at the Mt. Brook/Homewood junction. Dr. Housholder is a former ER doc who saw an opportunity when pregnant women were coming in for dehydration treatment due to “morning” sickness, and HG. He recognized the need for them to have options for credible treatment prior to the situation being so dire that they had to be admitted to the ER. Not only is he providing acute care, but also ongoing treatment management.

We are so lucky to have his foresight and care in our community!

This is a wonderful program for those with littles under 18 mos!

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend this with both of my children, and now they go to school there, and I work there (when I’m not teaching yoga!)

I’m so thrilled that this program has now returned to full form. So many prenatal yoga students over the past two years have lamented missing out on opportunities like this.
