🇺🇸 HONORING & REMEMBERING SEPTEMBER 11

Today, Birmingham Park & Recreation joins communities across the nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the victims, their families, the first responders and all those whose lives were forever changed by the events of that day. We also remember the courage, sacrifice and unity shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

📚✏️ AFTER-SCHOOL SUPPORT IS HERE!

Looking for a safe and supportive place for your child after the school day ends? Birmingham Park & Recreation offers a FREE Safe Haven After-School Tutoring Program for students in grades K–8!

Students can receive tutoring in reading, math, language and other subjects while having a place to learn, play and grow. Programs are available at select Birmingham recreation centers:
