LIFE IS HARD BUT the best part……
most times we get to choose our hard. Which will you pick?
1. Consistent balanced diet w/ quality foods(lean protein sources-fruits veggies- beans- nuts - fermented food(for gut health kimchi/ yogurt for example)
=Longevity,high quality of life, the ability to move and live and be your best self!
2. Inconsistency - no plan just a hope and prayer- drastic measures(no carbs-drastically reducing calories etc)- unhealthy processed quick meals with minimal nutritional value
= low quality of life- pain-obesity-constantly tired/drained -lack of discipline in other areas of life-chronic illness - life is limited because your body just won’t allow you to do the things you want it to do!
