One of the best parts of CrossRide was seeing five different gyms come together to help make it happen.

They showed up, brought their communities, hosted workout stations, and helped create an awesome experience.

The fitness community is bigger than any one gym, event, sport, or brand.

It’s people choosing to show up for themselves and for each other.

CrossRide is a reminder of that.

People from different gyms, different backgrounds, and different corners of the city came together for a bike ride and a workout.

Thank you to the gyms that shared the event and encouraged their communities to come out.

Thank you to everyone who rode, worked out, or simply showed up.

And thank you to Cahaba Cycles for hosting us and helping create a space where our community could come together.

The fitness community has a unique way of bringing people together. It creates friendships, challenges us to be better, and reminds us that we’re capable of more than we think.

Saturday wasn’t about a ride.

It was about celebrating the people who make this community what it is.

And that’s something worth investing in.
