My own journey: coming from a background of SKINNY, slim, it’s been such a awakened experience to learn to gain (healthily) and keep it on. With this specific body type there is lots of discouragement and balance of drive to connect with. Everyday is a new lesson.

Intention : help others on their journey to self discovery and disciplined growth. Through mind, body, spirit connection. I want to see others believe in themselves and what they’re body can do and is capable of with some hard work and dedication.

I hope to align in our highest together and to be an inspiration to others.
