🍂 New Volunteer Training — Join Us This Fall! 🐴

Special Equestrians is getting ready for our second fall therapeutic riding term, and we’d love to welcome new volunteers to our team!

Join us for Volunteer Training on October 6th from 4–6 PM, where you’ll learn how to serve as a side walker and support our amazing participants during their riding sessions.

✨ No horse experience required!
✨ Volunteers must be 14 years or older
✨ Volunteer commitment is just 2–3 hours per week

It’s a wonderful opportunity to spend time outdoors in the beautiful fall weather, be around horses, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our incredible participants. 💚

The Food and Drug Administration has issued warning letters to Neogen Corporation and Sciarra Aeromed Inc. after its investigation found multiple fungi in Neogen Vet HYCOAT, a veterinary wound care product labeled as sterile.

Neogen voluntarily recalled the product in January. The FDA is urging veterinarians and horse owners to report adverse events and product quality concerns.
